A 4 seater city car (small EV) with 5 doors of Beijing Automobile Works i.e. BW is going to be available in Nepal.
LRR Motors is going to provide that EV in Nepal. BW's Brumby city car has a 30 KW motor and a 17.28 KWh battery, the company says that the city car will give a range of 205 km on a single charge.
The car has an LFP battery that can be charged with the help of a home AC charger. Its length, width and height are 3532 mm, 1498 mm and 1605 mm respectively. It has 155-65R13 size tires. Featuring a fashionable appearance with a simple body design and personalized front face shape, the BW Brumby EV can be driven in Eco and Sport driving modes.
In terms of safety, it has received safety certificates from various tests related to front collision and post crash safety.
It has intelligent tire pressure detection, front and rear parking radar, 360 panoramic view and other high-tech safety functions.
In addition to other features, the cabin has a 10.5-inch infotainment screen. BW was established in 1951.
BW, which is known as a company that produces off-road vehicles especially for Chinese soldiers, started producing EVs from 2020.
Currently, the company has 8,000 employees and 2,000 sales and service outlets worldwide. Especially suitable for daily purposes, this car can be used for city rides.
The company says that it is preparing to launch this car in the Nepali market in the second week of August. It is likely to be seen at the NADA Auto Show.
