A strange bug (security weakness) has been found in iPhone and iPad. There is a problem that the device temporarily crashes after typing some characters.
If you have an iPhone, you can test this bug. For that first go to app library. Slide the screen to the left to go to the App Library page. Then the search option appears on the App Library page. After typing "": Type the character. After this, the Springboard interface of the Apple device crashes temporarily. And, the user is sent back to the lock screen.
This bug has been found to cause the device to crash when typing in the search bar of the Settings app or the search bar of the app library. In some cases, it has been observed that a black loading page appears on the screen before the device returns to normal.
Although this bug is not likely to pose a security threat, it is said to cause inconvenience to users.
So far, Apple has not responded to this bug. But it is expected to be resolved in the next update. To turn it off immediately, it is best not to type "": in the search bar of Settings or App Library.
